Mary was amazing and always took the time to check pain and mobility level before, during and after … More each session. She answered questions and gave me the confidence to get back to doing the things I love. The entire staff were always pleasant and the faculty is clean and welcoming. Sessions started and ended on time and their check-in system is a breeze. I recommend you give StemWave a try at Synergy. -
During my initial time at Synergy, I had great care for my back, neck, hips, knees and ankles. Chuck and Arch provided excellent treatment and did not give you an exercise to do and then leave you to your own devices to complete the exercise … More while they did something else. They spend the full time of their visit with you and are very hands on. The only reason I stopped going, was because my insurance decided that Synergy was not in my plan after a few of months. I recently have changed insurances and have resumed treatment at Synergy with Chuck and Arch. I am very happy to be back and continue to be pleased with my treatment. Out of the 5 PT clinics I have had treatment at over the years, I have by far benefitted most with my treatment at Synergy. I am very pleased with my results. -

My journey was long and will continue maintenance. I will definitely stay with Synergy because they have proved themselves, where my previous physical therapist could not find a way to treat my issues.
This team is so well rounded, I was assigned three separate therapists all being a master in their own category. I have never witnessed a company or therapist that reviews my case and tries to find solutions outside of my appointment. All three of the therapist would discuss my issues and they would adjust appointments as needed. I believe other therapists in the group reviewed my case as well. because of their collaboration, they were able to offer pain relief where no one else could. Beyond their capabilities in the medical field, they all displayed a heart felt kindness that is not typical in this type of environment.
Going to physical therapy twice a week from a long distance is not a favorite pastime of mine however, I found myself looking forward to each visit because I felt so great after each session.
When I first walked through their door, I was barely able to walk or move without pain. I couldn’t even lay down on their bench and at the end of my journey. I walked out the door pain-free with fantastic tools to keep up my recovery.
The Spokane area is not known for having great medical treatment so I believe I found a real gem in Synergy.
